Final payment for the early bird bookings must be made by the 1st of March, or late fees will apply. All bookings must be paid in full by the 30th of July. Any bookings incomplete after this date will be canceled, and all money will be forfeited.
Any money paid outside of the £200 deposit can be refunded if canceled before the 30th of July. You can also do a name change if you have another couple that can take your place. Please email us for this to be actioned.
You will be flying to Antalya Airport (AYT).
You are responsible for your own transfers to and from the airport.
Wristband collection will take place on Thursday, the 17th of September 2026 (location to be announced). You will need to collect your wristband between 2 PM and 8 PM. Guests who fly in after 8 PM will need to collect their wristband at the first event on Thursday night. Photo ID will be needed in order to receive your wristband. Your wristband gets you into all events and onto our free transfer service to all events.
Couples Xscape will provide a transfer service for all guests to all events; we will have a daily pickup point. Anyone who does not arrive on time will have to make their own way to the event.
Once you collect your wristband and we securely put it on you, it is your responsibility to ensure that you look after it. Please wear your wristband at all times during Couples Xscape. There will be a charge of £100 to replace broken or lost wristbands. Guests who do not have wristbands will be refused free entry to venues, transfers, and will not be issued a refund.

Our recommended hotels are the 4* Grand Park Lara, 5* Concorde De Luxe Hotel, and 5* Ramada Resort by Wyndham. You can also find your own accommodation in the Lara Beach area of Antalya.

You can make Halloween decorations on a budget by using materials you already have at home, like construction paper, markers, and tape. You can also buy inexpensive decorations at your local dollar store or thrift shop.
